Clark E. King, 68, passed away October 5, 2021 in Columbus, OH.
He was born February 15, 1953 to the late Richard and Shirley (Carter) King in Pittsburgh, PA. He later married the love of his life, Carla (Germann) King.
Clark was a veteran of the Vietnam war, were he served in the Navy. He previously worked as a security guard. He enjoyed helping out with Vacation Bible School at the United Methodist Church of Van Wert, where he was a member. He also enjoyed fishing, photography, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, being a member of the VFW, and spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by his wife; Carla King, his children; Joshua King of Phoenix, AZ, Franco King of Phoenix, AZ, Terry (April) Germann of Van Wert, Nicole (Jason) Kremer of Oakwood, and Carrie Ann (David) Daniels of Van Wert, twenty-seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild, and three siblings; Richard (Janice) King of Pennsauken, NJ, Pamela King of Pittsburgh, PA, and Mavis (Sue) King-Cyr of Albany, NY.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son; Gregory Powell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family or to the United Methodist Church of Van Wert.
A memorial service will take place at the United Methodist Church at a time and date that is to be determined.
