CONVOY, Ohio - W. Jean Bollenbacher, 74, of Convoy, formerly of Rockford, Ohio, died at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
She was born Sept. 16, 1938, in Cecil, Ohio, to the late Jessie (Sheppard) Taylor and Andrew Taylor.
Her husband, Jerry L. Bollenbacher, died June 27, 2009. They were married July 14, 1979.
Other survivors include children: Faith (Roger) Nelson of Convoy, Jesse (Teri) McNall of Granville, N.Y., Brian Bollenbacher of Van Wert, Ohio; brothers: Robert Taylor of Kenton, Ohio, Larry Taylor of Cleveland, Ohio, and Pat (Marla) Taylor of Middle Point, Ohio; sisters: Fran (Rick) Stevens of Florida, Marie Thompson of Bryan, Ohio, and Deborah (Barry) Agler of Bradenton, Fla.; 13 grandchildren, also many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Michael Taylor.
She worked at Huffy's in Celina for 37 years. She had also worked at Marsh Grocery, Van Wert, for 12 years.
No services are planned. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert.
