Tammy S. McGannon, 43, of Van Wert, died at 6:36 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2012, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert. She was born Mary 12, 1969, in Lima, the daughter of the late Jim and Sue (Hatfield) Wright. She married Steve McGannon, who survives in Van Wert. Other survivors include three children, Derrick Sams, Karey Sams and Haley McGannon, all of Van Wert; two sisters, Sandy (Scott) Prater of Pierceton, Ind., and Linda Scheuer of Cosby, Tenn.; and two grandchildren, Raiden Sams and Aaliyah Helle. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert. Calling hours are from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
