VAN WERT, Ohio a�" Shelia A. Winters, 59, of Van Wert, died at 2:23 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Van Wert County Hospital Emergency Room. She was born Sept. 27, 1957, in Van Wert, to Alberta (Drake) Hartman and Charles Hartman Sr. Her parents are deceased.
Her husband, John D. Winters, survives of Van Wert. They were married Nov. 20, 1975.
Other survivors include a son, John D. (Marie) Winters II of Rockford, Ohio; brothers, Randy (Brenda) Hartman and Kip Hartman, both of Van Wert; a sister, Kathy (Gene) Eash of Van Wert, and grandchildren, Hunter, Luca and Tobin Winters.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Hartman Jr. and Michael Hartman.
She retired as a manager of Big Lots after 18 years before working at Shell for many years. She was a member of the Convoy Fox Hunters Club.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Preferred memorial is American Diabetes Association.
