Samuel "Jose" Guerrero, 33, of Grover Hill, Ohio, died at 3:59 AM Monday October 19, 2015 at Van Wert County Hospital. He was born January 15, 1982 in Guatemala to Carmen Rodas, currently of Guatemala, and the late Pedro Florian- Guerrero.
He is survived by his best friend and fiancAC.` Chasity Jackson; 3 sons, Dylan Jackson (15 yrs), Journey Jackson (3 yrs) and Jordan Jackson (8 mos); and daughter, Gabrielle Donis-Jackson (13 yrs).
He worked as a machine operator and lead man at Haviland Plastic Products in Haviland, Ohio. He was a Barcelona fan and loved playing soccer. His favorite times were spent with his family and friends. His 4 children and fiancAC.` were the light of his life. He was a great father.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday October 23, 2015 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Dupont, Ohio.
Friends and family may call from 4-8 pm Thursday October 22, 2015 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, Ohio. Also, 1 hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials may be directed to the family.
