Patricia "Pat" (Harvey) Andersen

Patricia "Pat" (Harvey) Andersen, 90, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 5th, 2024, in Van Wert.

She was born on January 7th, 1934, in Columbus, Georgia, the daughter of C.T. and Mildred (Howard) Harvey. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty five years, William "Bill" Andersen.

Pat is survived by her children, Billie Gayle (Tom) Lamb of Wisconsin, Benjamin H. (Trudy) Andersen of Florida, Michael Ted Andersen of Van Wert, Thomas P. (Kelly) Andersen of Indiana; a sister, Charlene (Harvey) Styer of West Virginia; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Pat was admired for her ability to impart a respect for education and the pursuit of learning. She enjoyed reading, being a book club member, keeping up with current events, and was knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects, making her an always interesting conversationalist. Her gifts of creativity and taste were shown in everything she did, from home decorating to gardening and being a gourmet cook. Pat was unfailingly thoughtful and generous.

She was much loved by her surviving family and will be dearly missed.
