ROCKFORD, Ohio - Michael L. Moulton, 51, Rockford, died at 12:10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at Parkview Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Ind.
He was born Oct. 9, 1960, in Muncie, Ind., to the late Billie Jo (Wallace) and William Moulton. His step-father, Donald Evans is deceased. His wife, Brenda (Jenkins) Moulton, survives of Rockford.
Other survivors include his children: Lois Moulton of Ohio City, Ohio, Karen Moulton of Convoy, Ohio, Robin Moulton and Dale Moulton, both of Van Wert, Ohio; Don Moulton of Ohio City, Christopher Anderson of Rockford, Jonathan Anderson of Mountain Home, Idaho, Nathaniel Anderson of Rockford and Zacarias Anderson of Nelsonville, Ohio; brother: Richard R. (Betty Jo) Moulton of Converse, Ind.; stepbrother: Terry A. Evans of Portland, Ind., and a stepsister: Shelly L. (James) Gidley of Carmel, Ind.
He currently worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a carrier in Lima, Ohio. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Celina VFW, Van Wert DAV, Van Wert American Legion, and the AMVETS.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Paul Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert. Military graveside services will be held. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at the funeral home.
