VAN WERT, Ohio - Margaret Joan Gabriel, 85, of Van Wert, died at 8:31 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at Van Wert County Hospital, Van Wert.
She was born Aug. 25, 1925, in Van Wert, to the late Nelle (Beavo) Gabriel and Clarence Gabriel.
Survivors include grand nieces and nephews: Susan B. Perry, Virginia Perry, Donald and John D. Perry.
She was preceded in death by her sisters: Geraldine Perry and Vera Conn.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Van Wert, and retired secretary at Continental Can Company, Van Wert.
Public services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Preferred memorial is First United Methodist Church.
