Kelly Lynn Baxter, 44, of Convoy, OH, died at 4:43PM Monday June 1, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Ft. Wayne, IN. Born on December 13,1970 to Karen (Carter) Baxter and Gary Baxter who both survive in Convoy, OH. Kelly is survived by her brother Dan (Brandi Mosier) Baxter, Convoy, OH; Friend/Life Partner Roger Smith; Grandmother Janice Carter and Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. She was preceded in death by Grandparents Dorsey "Bud" Carter and Gordon & June Baxter. Kelly worked @ Century Link in Decatur, IN, dedicating many hours to her job. She loved spending time with her family and friends at swimming pool parties and cookouts. Kelly loved raising her bulldogs.
Calling hours are 2-6PM Friday June 5, 2015 @ Gearhart & Jurczyk Funeral Home, Convoy, OH. Memorial services will begin at 6PM Friday June 5,2015 @ Gearhart & Jurczyk Funeral Home, Convoy, OH. Pastor Dennis Gilbert will officiate. Preferred memorials may go to Convoy Fire Dept., convoy, OH.
