Keith J. LaFountain II, 18, of Rockford, Ohio, died Wednesday August 4, 2010 at 11:13 a.m. following an accident in Edgerton, Ohio. He was born on May 17, 1992 in Plattsburgh, New York, to Yvonne (Moon) and Roger Patch, who survive. Also surviving is fiancée: Elizabeth Cardo, Sidney, Ohio; three sisters: Natasha Moon and Ericka Fisher both of Rockford, and Suzanne Darryberry of Wapakoneta; One brother: Adam (Kathleen McManamon) Fisher, Tucson, Arizona; and grandparents Eugene LaFountain, New York and Betty Patch, Geneva, Indiana. He was a construction worker for Hoffman Constructions, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday August 8, 2010 at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Visitation will be held Saturday August 7 from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Sunday.
