Judy (Fullhart) Lassiter, 77, of Huntertown, Indiana, formerly of Van Wert, Ohio, died at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017, at her residence. She was born April 24, 1939, in Huntington, Indiana, to the late Pauline (Powell) Fullhart and Loren Troy Fullhart. Her husband, Donald L. Lassiter, died May 20, 2014. They were married Sept. 6, 1959.
Survivors include children, Michael Lassiter and Melissa (Gene) Tracy, both of Van Wert; a brother, Richard Fullhart of Indiana; her grandchildren, Amber (Justin) Howell, Adam Lassiter and Elizabeth Lassiter; three great-grandchildren, and two nephews.
She was a homemaker and a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Service will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 6, 2017, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. Wayne Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society or Meals On Wheels.
