SCOTT, Ohio - Judith E. Stephenson, 71, of Scott, died at 11:23 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Ind.
She was born June 13, 1939, Cavett, Ohio, to the late Thelma (Rogers) Fisher and Robert Fisher.
Survivors include her children: Valerie (James) Hamman and Cynthia (James) Akom, both of Van Wert, Ohio, Nanette (Scott) McMillan of Haviland, Ohio, and Jay (Phyllis) Stephenson of Scott; a brother: Dennis Fisher of Milford, Mich.; 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was employed by I.T.T. in Ft. Wayne, before retiring after 32 years of service.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at the Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Tim Burden will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling hours are 2-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Scott, Ohio Fire Dept. or EMS.
