Joseph L. Rulli, 70, of Wapakoneta, died at 12:15 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2015, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center. He was born on Nov. 5, 1944, in Pottstown, Pa., to Carl Rulli (deceased) and Francis (Long) Rulli, who survives. He is also survived by five children, Dianna Laney, of Douglassville, Pa.; Joseph Rulli, Jr., of Drexel Hill, Pa.; Anthony (Lisa) Rulli, of Pottstown, Pa.; Nicholas (Jessica) Rulli, of Birdsboro, Pa.; and Suzhanna Rulli, of Wapakoneta. He is survived by a step-daughter, Sonya Thorne, of Pennsylvania. He had two brothers, Tom (Dottie) Rulli, of Michigan; and Lou (Betsy) Rulli, of Stowe, Pa.; and two sisters, Jean (Dick) Hare, of Michigan; and Pat (Phillip) Marks, of Sanatoga, Pa. He also had 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a retired heating, ventilation and air conditioning installer. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served in Vietnam, and was a member of the VFW, Amvets and the American Legion. A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 25, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the VFW.
