Donita C. Good, 66, of Antwerp, died at 8:27 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 2014, at Van Crest Nursing Home of Convoy, Convoy, Ohio.
She was born Feb. 6, 1948, in Van Wert, Ohio, to the late Margaret (Thomas) Good and Rudel Good.
Survivors include a brother: Randy Good of Convoy, sister: Debbie (Tim) Willis of Stuart, Virginia, and sister-in-law: Pam Good of Convoy.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Doug Good.
She was a graduate of Angola High School of Angola, Indiana.
In lieu of services the preferred memorial can be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
Burial will be in Convoy I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Convoy.
