Deborah L. Bushong, 53, of Van Wert, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, at her residence.
She was born May 20, 1963, in Kenton, Ohio.
Survivors include her mother, Patricia C. (Hackworth) Akom of Scott, her stepfather, David Akom of Scott, and a brother, Keith (Julie) Jordan of Harrod, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Timothy L. Haynes and Anthony A. Haynes.
Private family services are planned.
