Dean A. Pennell

Dean A. Pennell, 66, of Willshire, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Tranquility of Rockford. He was born on April 2, 1957, in Athens, Ohio, to the late John and Janice (Stanley) Pennell. Dean installed television satellites for many years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and blowing this van's air horn every chance he got. Surviving are his 3 children, Justin (Ang) Pennell, Josh (Stephanie) Pennell and Jillian (Craig) Quickstad, all of Willshire; 6 grandchildren, Peyton, Piper, Paisley, Jaymie, Corban and Wyatt; a brother, Steve (Carolyn) Pennell of Willshire; and a sister, Gina (Jake) Hindenlang of Willshire.
