VAN WERT, Ohio - Curtis M. Boroff, 32, of Van Wert, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born Aug. 23, 1981, in Van Wert, to Ellen S. (Barnes) Boroff, who survives of Van Wert, and Richard L. Boroff, who survives of Van Wert.
Other survivors include his girlfriend: Jessica McKeever of Dayton, Ohio; children: Lexis, Logan and Brynn; brothers: Jason (Crystal) Boroff of Ohio City, Ohio, and Nick (Alicia) Boroff of Ft. Recovery, Ohio; sister: Kelly Boroff of Van Wert; five nieces, and two nephews.
Services will be held at noon Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at First United Brethren Church, Van Wert.
Arrangements were handled by Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert.
