Carol Ann (Ginzel) Mihm of Van Wert died at 6:15 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
She was born Oct. 8, 1943, in Van Wert, to Ruth Ann (Davis) Ginzel and Vernon Ginzel. Her parents are deceased.
Her husband, Bruce A. Mihm, survives of Van Wert.
Other survivors include her children, Christine Winters of Greeley, Colorado, Shelley Lane of Van Wert, and grandchildren, Chad Winters and Megan Lane.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Mihm.
She was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Van Wert.
Service will begin at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 7, 2017, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. Burial will be held at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert, at a later date.
Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is Van Wert County Humane Society.
