Carl “Tom” Pack 74, of Ohio City, OH, died 1:28PM Tuesday August 28, 2018 at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice, Van Wert, OH. He was born March 4, 1944 in Tomahawk, KY to Bill and Edith (Daniels) Pack who preceded Carl in death.
Surviving are his wife Kay (Brown) Pack of Ohio City, OH; his sons Kevin (Patrina) Floss, Middletown, OH, Randy (Clara) Pack, Ohio City, OH and Todd (Alan) Pack of Diamond, OH; his brothers Willie (Kitty) Pack and Garry (Janice) Pack both of Paulding, OH; his grandchildren Shaunte, Christin, Brian, Emily, Alesha, Russell, Joe and Marie; his great grandchildren Chase, Kyle, Maddie, Haylee, Cash, Jax and Hadley.
Carl retired from Zellers Inc., Defiance, OH. He was a Veteran of the US Army and was in Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of: Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Mendon, OH where he also served as a trustee, Celina VFW and Chained Eagles of Ohio. Carl was an avid motorcycle rider and he enjoyed Blue Grass Music and Western movies.
Calling will be 1-3 & 5-7PM Thursday August 30, 2018 @ Alspach-Gearehart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, OH. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Friday August 31, 2018 @ Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Mendon, OH. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City, OH. Preferred memorials are to the Church. Military graveside services will be by the Celina VFW Post.
