Alice L. Haynes, 91, of Van Wert passed away at 4:15 am on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Vancrest- St. Marys.
She was born on January 17, 1930, in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late Lloyd T. and Lucille (Miller) Haynes.
Alice retired from Magnavox in 1992 after 35 years of service. She later worked at the Eaton Corporation for 10 years, retiring in 2004.
Alice was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Van Wert.
She is survived by sons, Rick Flickinger of Decatur, Indiana and James (Theda) Potter, Jr of Westerville, Ohio; a daughter, Connie Bird of Celina; a brother, Terry Johns of Indianapolis, Indiana; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 children, Ronald Potter, Johnny Flickinger, Debbie Dickerhoff and Pamela Ann Sites; and 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
