She was born March 28, 1925 in Hoaglin Twp., Van Wert County, Ohio to Hugh and Hila S. (Hattery) Waltz. They are each deceased.
She married John B. "Jack" Adams on August. 3, 1943. He died December 20, 2006.

She was preceded in death by a sister: Margaret Waltz Hammonds.
She is survived by one brother: Hugh (Peg) Waltz, Van Wert, Ohio, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
She was retired from Central Mutual Insurance, Van Wert, Ohio, and was a former member of Mt. Pleasant Church, Van Wert County, Ohio. She was also a former member of Van Wert YWCA and had bowled for several years.
Funeral services will be held at a later date.
