Ruth Speakman

Ruth A. Speakman, of Delphos, went to meet her Lord and Savior Monday morning May 28, 2018.  She was born May 16,1955 in Van Wert, OH to her parents George “Tom” & Jennie L. (Foster) Speakman who are both deceased.

Surviving are 3 sisters, Gina Speakman, Van Wert, OH, Linda Speakman, Delphos, OH, and Emma (Doug) Fosnaugh, Decatur, IN.

Ruth was a Registered Nurse and retired as director of the LPN program @ Apollo Career Center, Lima, OH.

Ruth was a member of Zion Christian Union Church, Grover Hill, OH and a member of the Ohio Organization of Practical Nurse Educators.

Calling hours will be from 4-8PM Thursday May 31, 2018 @ Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, OH. Funeral services will 1:30PM Friday June 1,2018 @ Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Dan Newell officiating.   Burial will be in the Middle Creek Cemetery, Grover Hill, OH.  Memorials may go to Compassion International or Gideons International.
