Patricia Mohr

Patricia J. (Neiford) Mohr, 81, of Van Wert died at 6:23 PM on Monday, June 3, 2019 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio. She was born January 7, 1938 in Van Wert County to the late John and Olive (Dunlap) Neiford. On June 7, 1958 she married Robert W. Mohr and he survives in Van Wert.

She graduated from Blue Creek High School in 1956 and retired from Van Wert City Schools in 2002 as the cafeteria supervisor. She attending First Baptist Church in Van Wert. Pat was a faithful wife, loving mother and grandmother, and a wonderful homemaker with a great talent for cooking. Pat valued family traditions, holidays and birthdays. She enjoyed crocheting, embroidering, and most importantly attending and supporting all of her grandchildren's activities.

In addition to her husband, Robert, Pat is survived by two sons, David (Paula) Mohr of Lima and Gregory (Jennifer) Mohr of Payne, Ohio; six grandaughters; 2 grandsons; a sister, Judy (Carl) Parsons of Van Wert; and a brother, Richard (Darla) Neiford of Van Wert.

She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, June 10, 2019 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory with Dr. David Warren officiating. Burial will immediately follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City, Ohio.

Visitation will be from 2:00-6:00 PM on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory.

Preferred memorials may be directed to the Van Wert County Animal Protective League.
